HEIC2PIC is a free, browser-based tool that converts HEIC/HEIF image files to JPG, PNG, WebP, or PDF format. All processing occurs locally in your browser. No files are uploaded to any server.

3. No Warranty

This tool is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The tool will be available at all times without interruption
• The conversion results will be free of errors
• The tool will be compatible with all devices and browsers

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the tool
• Loss of data during conversion
• Any errors or inaccuracies in the conversion results
• Any interruption or cessation of the service

5. User Responsibilities

By using this tool, you agree that:

• You have the right to convert the images you upload
• You will not use the tool for illegal purposes
• You are responsible for backing up your original files before conversion

6. Intellectual Property

The HEIC2PIC website, its design, code, and content are protected by copyright. The conversion tool uses the following open-source libraries:

• heic2any (MIT License)
• JSZip (MIT License)
• jsPDF (MIT License)

7. Advertising

This website displays advertisements through Google AdSense. Advertising is only shown after you provide consent through our cookie consent mechanism.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the tool after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
